Create a user
To create a user:

Click Analytics Settings
on the Analytics Menu and then click Users. The Users page displays a list of all available Analytics users.

Click New User. The Create User page displays.

Complete the fields in the Account Information section as follows:

Username: Type a unique user name.

Email: Type the user's email address.

New Password: Type the password for the user or click Suggest Password to automatically generate a password.

Confirm Password: Type the password again to confirm the entry. If the Suggest Password option was used, this field is automatically populated.

Complete the fields in the User Information section as follows:

First Name: Type the user's first name.

Last Name: Type the user's last name.

User is Active: Select this checkbox to indicate that the user is active.

Complete the fields in the User Preferences section as follows:

Rows per page: Select the user's default number of pages of records to display in lists in Analytics from the drop-down menu.

Date Format: Select one of the following for the user's default date format from the dropdown menu:

System Default
-
Month / Day / Year

Day / Month / Year
-
Year / Month / Day

Time Format: Select one of the following for the user's default time format from the dropdown menu:

System Default

24 hour
-
24 hour with seconds

12 hour
-
12 hour with seconds

Week Format: Select one of the following for the user's default week format from the dropdown menu:

2023 W01
-
Jan 01 - Jan 07

Click Save.
