Default Settings

Use the Default Settings page to maintain Analytics default options.

Click Analytics Settings on the Analytics Menu and then click Default Settings. The Default Settings page displays with the following options:

  • Default week format: Select one of the following to configure the default week format:

    • 2023 W01

    • Jan 01 - Jan 07

    • Jan 01, 2023 - Jan 07, 2023

    • Week of Jan 1

    • Week of Jan 1 2023

  • Default week start day: Select the first day of your organization's week.

  • Rows per page: Select the default number of pages of records to display on Analytics pages from the dropdown menu.

  • Unknown value placeholder: Type a placeholder value for values that are NULL. For example, Unknown.

  • Include metadata on .CSV format files when downloading: If No is selected, downloaded .CSV files will only include data that can be imported directly into an application without extra information such as report title and generation date.

  • Days to keep:Select how long Analytics retains files before deleting them.

  • Query Timeout:

    • Application: Select the amount of time to allow Analytics to query data from the database before timing out.

    • Offline: Select the amount of time to allow Analytics to perform a process offline before timing out. For example, subscriptions.
