Login and SSO settings

Use the Login and SSO Settings page to maintain Analytics login and SSO settings. Before you configure the SSO settings, work with your identity provider to gather SSO parameters.

Caution: Do not edit these setting if you do not have a clear understanding of SSO and its operational principles.

Click Analytics Settings on the Analytics Menu and then click Login and SSO Settings. The Login and SSO Settings page displays.

Login Settings

  • Allow Multiple Sessions Per User: Yes, allows users to have Analytics sessions opened in multiple tabs of the same browser.

SSO Management

To enable/disable SSO

  • Is SSO Enabled: Yes enables SSO.

To allow users to login using SSO

  • SSO Login Only: Require users to log in to Analytics with SSO.

  • IDP Initiated: Requires users to users can log in to your Identity Provider's SSO page.

Failed Login Messages Management

When a user is unable to login to Analytics, these fields determine the recipients of the email notification.

  • Error URL

  • Error Email From

  • Error Email To

  • Error Email Subject

  • Error Email Body

  • Error Message
