Subscriptions - Analytics Settings

Users can set up a report or dashboard to run itself daily, weekly, or monthly and send the results automatically to the people who need them. The Subscriptions page provides detailed information about each available subscription.

Note: If you have sufficient permission, you can view the subscriptions of all users. Otherwise, this page displays only the subscriptions that you own.

Depending on your permissions, you can do the following:

• View the following information for each subscription:

  • Is the file Enabled/disabled

  • Email Subject

  • Report/Dashboard name

  • Owner

  • Subscribed

  • Number of Recipients

  • Schedule

  • Delivery Method

  • Last Run Status

  • Date Last Sent

  • Next Run Date

• Edit subscriptions

• Enable/disable subscriptions

• Subscribe to subscriptions

• Run subscriptions

• Delete subscriptions

• Rebuild subscriptions (Admin only)
