My Files list

When you export a report or dashboard, the file is sent to the My Files list. When you start an export, one of the following happens:

• When the file renders quickly, a notification message displays allowing you to open the My Files list.

• When the file takes a while to render, the My Files list automatically opens displaying the name of the report or dashboard and the status of the export.

When the file is in the My Files list

1. Click My Files on the Analytics Menu. The My Files window displays.

2. Do any of the following:

   • Click See more to export the file, open the report, or delete the file from the My Files list.

   • Click the dropdown arrow to view the file type, the date and time when the file was downloaded, and the date when the export expires and will be removed from the My Files list.
