What's New in 2023R2

This release contains several new features.

Administration​

We have improved the look and feel of the Analytics Settings Menu and added new features that allow administrators to fully manage Analytics​.

Analytics Settings

The Analytics settings are now located within the Analytics Menu, providing access to all users. The available settings are determined by the user's role. To open the Analytics settings, click on the Analytics Settings icon .

Data Views

When creating a data view, you now have the ability to establish data sorting based on a specific field.

Download Function

• The download function has been renamed to "export".

• All downloaded files now have static file names to facilitate seamless integration.

Filters

Non-English and special characters are now supported in Analytics filters.

Reports

All hyperlinks on reports are active when the report is exported as an XLS and PDF files.

SFTP

You can now export files via SFTP.

Subscriptions

• You are now able to view the subscriptions you have created and subscribed to in the My Subscriptions panel.

• You are now able to unsubscribe from a report or dashboard by clicking the unsubscribe link on the subscription email.

• You are now be able to choose whether a subscription is sent with no filters, applied filters, or saved filters.

• The new Run As option has been added to subscriptions to allow you to add a user and select the subscription to run the report or dashboard with owner or recipient permissions.
