About Connector Framework

BA Insight Connectors require a framework to function: either ConnectivityHub or Connector Framework.

Which framework you use depends on which search platform your environment employs: SharePoint or non-SharePoint.

SharePoint Search Engines Supported

For the following SharePoint environments, use Connector Framework:

• SharePoint 2013/16/19
• SharePoint Online/O365
• SharePoint Server Subscription Edition (SPSE)

Non-SharePoint Search Engines

Use ConnectivityHub for the following search platforms:

• Azure search
• Amazon Elastic search
• Elastic search
• Microsoft search
• SOLR

How to Access Connector Framework

Once Connector Framework is installed and configured, you can launch the Connector Framework by opening a web browser and navigating to: http://<hostname>:<port>/Longitude.Connectors/pages/default.aspx.
