Overview

The BA Insight IBM Notes Connector is also known as the IBM Lotus Notes Connector.

Types

There are two sub-connectors to choose from:

• Mailbox Connector: Use this connector to index personal mailboxes from Lotus Notes/Domino.
• Notes Connector: Use this connector to index Domino-based custom applications.

Features

• With the IBM Notes Email Connector, users have the ability to search Notes emails directly from within SharePoint or another portal. 

• Crawls both emails and attachments.
• Only retrieves emails that each user is authorized to see.
