Confluence Connectors Troubleshooting

The Confluence Cloud and On-Premise connectors have a custom log in the Logs folder under the installation target location that tracks confluence issues and is useful for troubleshooting.

Add-on Menu Missing

After updating Confluence, your Add-on menu may not appear.

Wrong number of items are crawled

If full crawl is never ending, incremental crawl processes unchanged items or do not process changed items, then:

  • Check the configured time zone in connection settings.
  • It must be the same as the time zone configured for Confluence.
