The connector enables you to connect to a Contentful space , fetch data of any Content Type  and index this content securely.
Content Update Full and Incremental All BA Insight Connectors support bothFullandIncrementalcrawls, unless noted.
Permission Types No

Security in Contentful is limited to Publishing capabilities. Since the connector only indexes Published items all items will be treated as public

User Accounts and Application Permissions

Description
Contentful user account

The account used to crawl your items must be part of space. 

The Role assigned to the user account must have access to the environment and access to API Keys and settings. 

Obtain a new Content Delivery API Key

  1. To create a new API Key log into your Contentful space and navigate to Settings → API Keys
  2. Click Add API Key
  3. Add a name for you API KEy (eg BAInsight Contentful)
  4. Select the environment you want the API Key to have access to
  5. Save
