Documentum Connector Troubleshooting

• The EMC Documentum Connector has a custom log in the Logs folders under the installation target location.

• The EMC Documentum Connector has also logs for the Java component of the connector.

  • The logs are located under the installation location.

  • Default Installation Location: C:\Program Files\BA-Insight\BA-Insight Documentum Connector\Documentum Windows Service\Bin\Log

• The log level for Java Service logs can be changed from DocumentumService.conf.
