Content Searching
The following issues can be found when configuring and running content searching in the Exchange Connector.
New Mailboxes Not Showing Up
- Issue: New mailboxes are not showing up in the search results
- Cause: This might have occurred because of one of the following:
- The filters applied on the AD look up
- The AD Account was found but the Mailbox could not be accessed
- The DatastoreLoad job did not run after the new mailbox was added in Exchange.
- Solution: Make sure of the following:
- Service account has been granted permissions for new accounts
- The DatastoreLoad job has run after the new mailbox was added
- Mailbox has been marked VALID and ACTIVE.
