IBM Notes Connector Prerequisites

This section details the IBM Notes Connector prerequisites.

This section assumes the reader has considerable knowledge and experience in the configuration and administration of the following programs:

  • IBM Notes client versions 8.0 to 10

  • IBM Domino servers versions 8.0 to 10

User Accounts and Application Permissions

Required Permission Description
IBM Notes User Account

The Notes client should be configured in "single user mode".

Specify which user account you will use when configuring Notes for "single user mode."

  • Notes requires the Notes client installed on the server where the connector web service is installed.

  • Configure the Notes client to "single user mode."

  • IBM Notes client is installed and configured on the server where the Notes connector will be installed.
  • Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable (x86) is required. The program can be downloaded here.
