Download and Extract the AutoClassifier Files

1. Go to the Customer Community Portal using the log in information provided by your BA Insight representative.

2. Click Knowledge > BA Insight > Product Downloads.

3. Search for the text "AutoClassifier Download" and click BA Insight: AutoClassifier Latest Release Product Download from the search results.
   
   
   

4. Click the AutoClassifier Engine v6.3.x link to download the AutoClassifier Engine. Download the rest of the AutoClassifier files that you require for your environment.

   1. For example, an environment employing a SharePoint Online search index that deploys AutoClassifier to a SharePoint Online destination is shown below. 
      

5. Unblock the .msi installation file and click OK.
   
   

6. Unzip the BA Insight AutoClassifier Engine<version>.zip file contents to your destination Microsoft IIS server.
