Uninstall AutoClassifier SharePoint App

To remove the BA Insight AutoClassifier SharePoint App, use the following procedure.

AutoClassifier Removal: To remove the main BA Insight AutoClassifier application see How to Uninstall AutoClassifier.

Procedure:

  1. Log in to SharePoint Online.

  2. Navigate to the site where you have the AutoClassifier App installed.

  3. Remove the BA Insight AutoClassifier for SP Online app from the site collection level.

  4. Remove the AutoClassifier App from Site Settings > Site Contents.
  5. Go back to the Site Settings > Recycle Bin and delete the App.
  6. Go to the second stage recycle bin and delete the App from this location also.

  7. Remove the AutoClassifier App from the App Catalog:
    1. Go to your SharePoint O365 administration page.
    2. Go to Apps > App Catalog and select Apps for SharePoint.
    3. Delete the App.
    4. Delete the app from Recycle Bin and from the second stage Recycle Bin also.
