Jobs Logs

Connectivity Hub can perform multiple jobs using a specific BA Insight Connector.

The logs for these tasks, such as security synchronization, configuring targets, and so on, can be found when you use the Tasks tab.

If any issues occur due to values or validity, errors can occur when you run Connectivity Hub such as:

  • Authentication rights or permissions
  • Invalid URLs or sites
  • An invalid BA Insight Connector path
  • Failure on loading or taking information from the server

Job Logs Locations and Filters

  • Jobs logs are found in the Quartz Server>Logs folder.

  • You specify the filters for this content before you run the job.

  • For example, you must specify the type of logging.

In order of verbosity:

  • ERROR
  • WARN
  • INFO
  • TRACE: The most detailed log report. Select only if necessary.

Specify the Logging Level for a Job

  1. From the Connections page, select <your connection> > Tasks >  See the configuration gear. > Tasks.
    See the "Time Jobs" pop-up.

    Select your logging level.

  2. Log level: Use the drop-down to select.

  3. Active Jobs: See the jobs.

  4. For a given job, click See the configuration gear. > View Logs: for more information.
