Run Required Jobs

Next you run the required jobs to read data from the source system you setup.

The jobs you are required to run depend on the connector you configured.

1. Click the Tasks menu.
   
   
   
   
2. Click the New button at the top of the page.
   
3. From the scope drop-down list, select the source system connection you created earlier in the setup process.
   
   
   
   
4. Next you run a sequence of jobs in the following order:
   
   1. Datastore Load
   2. Datastore Types Load
   3. Security Sync
   4. Secrity Purge* (only run if issues with security mapping arise)
      
5. In the Job drop-down list, select Datastores Load job.
   1. This collects the logical division of your data (data stores) from the source system. 
   2. Set the Schedule and Log level and click the Create button to run the job.
      
      
      
6. Next, select the Datastore Types Load job, which collects the types of data from your source system. 
   1. Set the Schedule and Log level
   2. Click the Create button to run the job.
      
7. Next, select the Security Sync job, which populates security mapping.
   1. Set the Schedule and Log level
   2. Click the Create button to run the job.
