Export and import a content source
Connectivity Hub 4.1 allows admins to export individual connections and import them into your Connectivity Hub environment. You can find the option to export a connection under the Actions column on the Content Source page. For more information, see export a connection below.
This can be useful for instances where a content source is to be tested (recommended) before being implemented, you can create a content source to test in a development environment, export the configuration, and import it to a production environment.
Export a content source

Open the Connectivity Hub administration portal.

Navigate to the Content Source page.

On the connection that you want to export, in the Actions column, click the settings icon > Export.

An Exported Content Source.json file is downloaded to the downloads folder of your browser. This file contains all the configuration specifications of your connection.
Passwords are not stored in the export file. You will need to manually enter any passwords for your content sources after you import them.
Import a content source

Open the Connectivity Hub administration portal.

Navigate to the Content Sources page.

Click Import Content Source.

Select the Exported Content Source.json from the file browser.

Your connection will be visible in the Content Sources dashboard.

Click on the connection, select the General Settings tab, then enter the password for the connection.
