About the Box Connector

Overview

The BA Insight Box Connector for Elasticsearch crawls content in Box and creates an Elastic Index, later searched by users to find Box content.

Features

• Search results can only be seen by users who have sharing/access privileges assigned to them

• ConnectivityHub provides the Box indexing connector for both full and incremental crawls Scanning and capturing only new data from all of your content sources. This data did not exist when the last crawl was run.

• Incremental crawls can be scheduled to happen as often as needed to keep the index fresh. It will extract only content that has changed since the last crawl

• Works with all content in Box

• Indexes at a very high throughput

• Integration does not impact the performance of Box

• Master information is stored in Box. The search points to Box so when users click on a search result, they are always working on the most current documents
