Confluence Connectors Troubleshooting
The Confluence Cloud and Data Center connectors have a custom log in the Logs folder under the installation target A Target is a "pointer" to a specific instance of a search application, such as Elasticsearch. - (A Search application instance has one or more indexes) location that tracks confluence issues and is useful for troubleshooting.
Add-on Menu Missing
After updating Confluence, your Add-on menu may not appear.
- This is a known Confluence problem (corrupted plug-in cache).

Wrong number of items are crawled
If full crawl is never ending, incremental crawl Scanning and capturing only new data from all of your content sources. This data did not exist when the last crawl was run. processes unchanged items or do not process changed items, then:
- Check the configured time zone in connection Connection defines the how Connectivity Hub connects to your Source System (which contains your documents, graphics, etc.,). Your Connection includes identifying elements such as: URL of the BA Insight web service connector you are using, (File Share connector, SharePoint Online connector, etc.), Authentication mode, User Accounts and Credentials, Database information (for database connectors) settings.
- It must be the same as the time zone configured for Confluence.
