Content Searching

The following issues can be found when configuring and running content searching in the Exchange Connector.

New Mailboxes Not Showing Up

  • Solution: Make sure of the following:
    • The service account has been granted permissions for new accounts.
    • The DatastoreLoad job has run after the new mailbox was added.
    • The mailbox has been marked VALID and ACTIVE.
