The iManage/Worksite connector is a SQL-based connector.

User Accounts

The connector connects to the iManage SQL database using a READ-only account.

The account can be either:

A single SQL user account
or
Both of the following Windows service accounts with READ access:
- SP_FARM
- SP_SEARCH
Your SP_FARM and SP_SEARCH service accounts retrieve the files (content) from the File Shares where the iManage content is stored.
- BOTH service accounts must have READ access to the File Shares.

To make items *public* or *restricted* to a single user/set of users, you can do so within the Connector Framework.
