The iManage connector now supports Security Policy Manager (SPM) policies that are applied to documents and workspaces. This allows the your indexed content to maintain and reflect advanced iManage security models for increased accuracy in security enforcement.

Configuration enhancements	The configuration settings for the iManage connector has been updated with following configuration options: Skip path metadata Provides context with details such as the source, type, owner, and relationships to other data sets. Metadata provides details around the item being crawled by Connectivity Hub.: This setting allows you to skip the folder path and folder path ID from being included in the metadata. Skip folder caching: This setting allows you to use the path endpoint to populate the folder path and folder path ID metadata. If Skip path metadata is enabled, this setting is ignored. You may experience increased performance when one of these settings is enabled. For more information, see Setup and Configure the iManage Connector.
Metadata enhancements	The iManage connector now returns the has_attachment metadata column for emails that have attachments.

The configuration settings for the iManage connector has been updated with following configuration options:

Fixed issues

If you were crawling an iManage Cloud environment and you selected iManage Work API as the API integration, security syncs Loads User and Group tables and executes the mapping based on the connector configuration. would fail. (BAI-16926)
When crawling iManage with the iManage Work API, in some scenarios, security sync tasks would fail when getting the group ID. (BAI-17241)
