iManage Connector Security

The iManage Connector respects iManage multi-level security as follows:

• Security on item level
• Security on folder level
• Security on workspace level

Public/Private Security Levels

• If all levels are set to public and no user/group is denied access on any level:
  • Item is set to public.
    
• If all levels are set to public, but one or more users/groups are denied access on any level:
  • Item is set to private
  • Item access is granted to "All Users Group" and denied to a smaller collection of users/groups.
