How to Disable Restoring Corrupted Files from the AnalyticsBackup Folder
Files that cannot be indexed to the Elastic Server are stored in the AnalyticsBackup folder under the SmartHub root.
If one or more files fail, all incoming files are stored in the backup folder until it can be pushed.
This behavior can be changed by following these steps:
- Navigate to SmartHub Admin page.
- From left panel, select Analytics Configuration.
- There is a check box named Restore from backup folder.

When this option is not checked, the corrupted files from the AnalyticsBackup folder are skipped and the sync process is not blocked.

Otherwise, the sync process is blocked until the corrupted file is indexed to elastic.
