How to Configure the Natural Language Service

The bot conversation uses a service that applies machine-learning intelligence to the natural language text to provide information about the user input.

SmartHub provides an NLQ Enables users to find information by making requests as if they were speaking to a person. Service Configuration page for administrators to provide the information for the service used by the chatbot.

The administrator can choose from three NLQ Services.
