1 Overview

SmartHub now includes a bot which enables users to ask questions, present options and validate outcomes in a way basic search can not do.

• Users can now ask questions using natural language.
• Users receive what they are looking for by narrowing their search thanks to its own questions.
• The bot conversation uses a NLQ Enables users to find information by making requests as if they were speaking to a person. Service that applies machine-learning intelligence to the natural language text to provide information about the user input.

Bot conversation topics and responses to users are saved in an Elasticsearch index.
