How to Integrate SharePoint Search with SmartHub

How to Redirect Searches from an Enterprise Search Center

1. Log in to your SharePoint search center.
   
2. Edit the page.
   
3. Edit the SearchBox web part.
   
4. Enable Send queries to a custom results page URL.
   
5. Provide the URL of your SmartHub results page. For example: http://smarthub.bainsight.com/Results.html
   
   
   
6. Click OK.
   
7. Save and check-in the page.
   
8. (Optional) Perform steps 1-7 for any Search Box web part which you need to redirect searches to SmartHub.

How to Redirect Searches from Site Contents, Lists or Libraries

1. Log to your SharePoint Search Center.
   
2. Click to Site Settings.
   
3. Under the "Search" section select Search Settings.
   
4. Enable Send queries to a custom results page URL.
   
5. Provide the URL of your SmartHub results page. For example: http://smarthub.bainsight.com/Results.html
   
   
   
   
6. Click OK.
