Fixed issues

• When a search engine was configured with Recommended Results, errors related to the carousel view would display in the browser console log. (BAI-17093)

• On an iManage search engine, SmartHub was incorrectly removing numeric property restrictions from the query text. (BAI-17111/BAI-17102/BAI-16448)
