System enhancements

Feature Description
SharePoint Online work hub enhancements

To improve performance of the SmartHub searchbox, you can now hide the default SharePoint Online searchbox when integrating a SharePoint Online work hub with SmartHub. For more information, see replace the default SharePoint searchbox with a SmartHub searchbox with Type-Ahead.

Refiner sorting enhancements

You can now select the number of occurrences, in either ascending or descending arrangement, as the sort criteria for your refiners. For more information, see how you can configure the data-available-sorts parameter in the add refiners to your search results documentation.
Authorization enhancements SmartHub now supports both "Authorization" and "x-sh-authorization" headers. This allows your SmartHub environment to be more flexible and compatible with various configurations.

Fixed issues

  • SmartHub search results were being incorrectly filtered when the "Recently Viewed" was applied. (BAI-17151)

  • On an iManage search engine, SmartHub was incorrectly removing numeric property restrictions from the query text. (BAI-17102)

  • On some occasions, if you replaced the default SharePoint search box with a SmartHub search box in a SharePoint site, the search box would display in an incorrect location when navigating to any sub-sites. (BAI-17064)

  • On some occasions, the expertise basket button was not appearing after refreshing the Expertise page. (BAI-17022)

  • SharePoint Online content editor web parts did not support full-width deployment in SmartHub 6.x. (BAI-16859)

  • Refiners for empty values were displaying as "ǂǂ" in the results UI. (BAI-16824)

  • Incorrect information was being displayed in the SmartHub advanced security module log. (BAI-16818)

  • Saved queries and the query history were showing improper results. (BAI-16607)

  • The personalize link was returning an error when clicked. (BAI-16595)

  • On iManage work hubs, the date picker refiner was not correctly filtering the selected date ranges. (BAI-16508)
