Security roles

The security roles page allows you to assign users and groups to specific roles which enables those users and groups to access areas of SmartHub that they would not normally be able to. Administrators can apply the following roles:

• Bot conversations:

• Helper bot questions:

• Reporting site access:

• Designer:

• Automatic Q&A generation:
