Download and Extract BAI modules

1. Go to the Upland Right Answers portal using the log in information provided by your BA Insight representative.

2. Click Knowledge > BA Insight > Product Downloads.

3. Search for the BA Insight module that you want to download. For example, "AutoClassifier Download" and click BA Insight: <module> Latest Release Product Download from the search results.
   

4. Click the link to download the specific module, as well as any additional downloads you may need in your environment.

5. Once downloaded, right click the .msi file, uncheck the Unblock checkbox, and click OK.
   

6. Unzip the BA Insight <module>.zip file contents to your destination Microsoft IIS server.
