Add a note to an account

Go to Configuration > Administration > Accounts.

Click on an account to open the record.

Select the Activity tab.

Select the Notes tab.

Click + Add Note.

Select Type.

Follow up
-
Information Only
-
System
-
-
Select Status.
-
Enter the Note details.
-
Click Apply.
Edit or delete a note
Note: You are only able to edit or delete the most recent note that you created. You are not able to delete or edit notes created by other users.

Click the pencil icon to edit and click Apply when finished.

Click the X and confirm to delete a note.
