Add a note to an account

  1. Go to Configuration > Administration > Accounts.

  2. Click on an account to open the record.

  3. Select the Activity tab.

  4. Select the Notes tab.

  5. Click + Add Note.

  6. Select Type.

    • Follow up

    • Information Only

    • System

  7. Select Status.

  8. Enter the Note details.

  9. Click Apply.

Edit or delete a note

Note: You are only able to edit or delete the most recent note that you created. You are not able to delete or edit notes created by other users.

  • Click the pencil icon to edit and click Apply when finished.

  • Click the X and confirm to delete a note.
