View history

A history of actions taken and changes made to contracts is logged and tracked in the Activity tab of all contracts in Contract Management.

  1. Go to Configuration > Administration > Contract Management.
  2. From the Contract Management grid, click on the contract entry for which you'd like to view activity.
  3. Select the Activity tab. You can view the entire history for that particular contract:
    • Documents that were attached.
    • Relationships that have been linked.
    • Service contracts associated.
    • Changes made in the Definition tab, etc.
  4. Click on the From calendar icon.
  5. Select a month and year.
  6. Click on the To calendar icon.
  7. Select a month and year. The history updates according to the selected date range.
