Modify service compatibility

Cimpl allows you to do this in the Configuration module's Service Types section.

1. Go to Configuration > Administration > Service Types.
2. Click the service type’s entry. The service type record opens.
3. Select the Compatible Service Types tab.

4. Place your cursor in the text box beside Service Type in the Category you want to add. A drop-down menu, and a list of available compatible service types opens. The contents of these drop-down menus will vary depending on the provider associated with your contract.

   

5. Select the service type. You can add multiple selections for each service type category.
6. Repeat this process for as many of the categories as necessary.
7. Click Apply. The compatible service types are saved.
8. To remove a service type, click the X beside the Service Type entry.
