Configuration Management (formerly Tenant Options)

The Configuration Management section, formerly Tenant Options, was designed to allow you to configure elements in the Cimpl platform that are specific to your organization.

To open Configuration Management, click Configuration > System Preferences> Configuration Management.

You can:

• Upload your organization's logo.‍
• Define your organization's fiscal year.
• Select and reorder the columns that can be displayed in grids.

• Select the workorder email recipient(s).

• Create a template to auto-populate comments in the workorder’s Comments section.
• Define the default for the Include PDF checkbox.

• Enable or disable Advanced Analysis statuses.

• Turn MRC & NRC costs pre-population on or off.

• Set rules for login attempts
