Define the Include PDF Checkbox Default

System administrators can set the default for the Include PDF checkbox when sending a workorder email for pending workorders.

1. Go to Configuration > System Preferences > Configuration Management.

2. Select the Parameters tab. A configuration panel opens.

3. Select the Send Workorder: 'Include PDF' option selected by default checkbox.
