Turn MRC & NRC costs pre-population on or off

System administrators can turn the workorder module MRC & NRC costs pre-population feature on or off.

1. Go to Configuration > System Preferences > Configuration Management.

2. Select the Parameters tab. A configuration panel opens.

3. Select the Workorder MRC & NRC Costs: Pre-populate while workorder creation checkbox to turn pre-populate on.
