Create a workorder comments template

You can create a template to auto-populate in the workorder Comments section by provider, by service type.

Create a template

  1. Go to Configuration > System Preferences > Configuration Management.
  2. Select the Templates tab.
  3. Select a Provider.
  4. Select a Service Type.

    5. Note: If there is an existing template for the select provider and service type, it will display. You can modify the comment and then click Save.

  5. Type the template information in the Comment field.
  6. Click Save.
