Default user profiles or roles permissions

For each role below, the listed permissions are what are enabled for each default user profile. You are able to edit the permissions for default user profile or you can clone the user profile and edit the permissions to create a custom user profile.

Employee

Permission	Description

Carrier Representative Role

The Carrier Representative role is the only one that has access to the Provider Portal. With this access, users can respond to quote requests and update the status of workorders that they are responsible for fulfilling. For more, refer to Provider Portal.
