Log in

  1. Enter your Network ID. Your Network ID is an email. Your Network ID cannot be a public domain email address (e.g. "@gmail.com").
  2. Enter your Password.
  3. Click Sign In. The Company and Role selection screen opens.
  4. Select your Company.
  5. Select your Role or Roles. Depending on your permissions, you may have access to multiple roles in Cimpl. You can select more than one.

  6. Click Continue.
  7. Note: If an error message that says "No roles have been configured for you" appears, contact cimpl-support@uplandsoftware.com to resolve the issue.

Log out

Cimpl automatically signs you out after 24 hours of inactivity on the platform.

  1. Click your initials icon.
  2. Click Logout.
