Inventory
The Inventory Module is where you manage your digital inventory, workorders, quotes, as well as track discrepancies or disputes and tag invoices for payment readiness.
There are three sections of Inventory:
Inventory Management
- Add inventory items or edit existing ones.
- Add cost allocation information.
- Review Service Inventory Notes.
Ordering Center
- Create, edit and review all your workorders in the Workorder Center.
- Manage all of the quotes that you request and you receive from your providers in the Quotation Center.
Billing Center
- Process and follow up on different billing errors using the Discrepancy Tracker.
- Manage disputes with Dispute Management.
- Address or tag invoices as ready for payment or on hold in the Payment Readiness section.
- Monitor the accuracy of invoices and the completion of workorders in the Reconciliation Tracker.
