Inventory and Operations Reports
These are reports that clarify the state of your digital inventories as well as the activity associated with your business technology.

Description:Lists of all the employees who have either left a department or the organization (and have services assigned to them) during a given invoice period taking into consideration the current HR data.
Benefit:Helps you identify all services belonging to employees who have moved on elsewhere; you can reassign and repurpose unused services, thereby increasing your cost savings.
Roles: MACD, Administrator.

Description: This is a live report of the current employee that are with status pending, pending delete and pending transfer.
Benefit: Accurate representation of employee statuses.
Roles: MACD, Administrator

Description: Lists of all the assets and services in your inventory that are eligible for upgrades as part of their contracts.
Note: The upgrade eligibility information must be identified in each service contract per provider, as well as on the service itself for this report to function correctly.
Benefit: Helps you plan service updates and ensure users requesting upgrades are eligible.
Roles: MACD, Administrator.

Description: Lists the names of users assigned to services as indicated in your inventory and compares against the information recorded on invoices (subscriber name).
Benefit: Helps with inventory accurancy by ensuring that the subscriber name on the carrier side is accurate and matches with the inventory record

Description: Lists all of the services that have been disconnected as well as the history log of their disconnected statuses.
Benefit: Helps you quickly identify disconnected services and maintain your inventory accuracy.
Roles: MACD, Administrator.

Description: Displays your workorders and their details.
Benefit: Helps you track and follow-up on workorders activities.
Roles: MACD, Administrator.

Description: Lists all of the services that have been newly activated as well as the history log of the activations.
Benefit: Helps you quickly identify newly activated services and maintain your inventory accuracy.
Roles: MACD, Administrator.

Description: Shows a summary of the options associated with inventory items.
Benefits: Saves you time and effort by easily exporting the current view of your inventory for more involved analyses.
Roles: MACD, Administrator.

Description: A point in time report for a given month that shows the inventory status as of the last invoice process for THAT SPECIFIC MONTH. For example, if the current month is June and the inventory base report is run for February, any totals, costs, etc., will not represent any subsequent changes after the last invoice posted for February.
Benefits: Helps you get easy visibility into the total charges attributed to individual accounts, improving your planning and budgeting.
Roles: Employee, Manager, MACD, Administrator.

Description: Full list of your current inventory– this report displays your inventory as of the last second before you click "generate".
Benefits: Helps you get easy visibility into the total charges attributed to individual accounts, improving your planning and budgeting.

Description: Provides a clear summary of the parent and child relationships across items/services that are either in Cimpl’s inventory and or whose information is housed in external databases. This is a point-in-time report.
Benefit: Helps you identify the full scope of relationships of items in your inventory, allowing you to optimize their management.
Roles: MACD, Administrator

Description: Highlights details of all hardware, including its associated services and warehouse associations. This is a live report therefore it displays your hardware as of the last second before you click “generate”.
Benefit: Helps you improve inventory accuracy by identifying the location or assignment of all hardware.
Roles: MACD, Administrator

Description: Details information on the services that are part of contracts as recorded in Cimpl.
Benefit: Provides easy-to-understand summaries of your contracts such as monthly charge amount and included options, so that you evaluate and assess them for better planning.
Roles: MACD, Administrator

Description: The data in the inventory accuracy report displays who has confirmed or not confirmed their inventory in Cimpl during a given month.
Benefit: By using the filter for "InventoryConfirmed" or "InventoryNotConfirmed" on the column labelled "InventoryConfirmed", you can target those who have or have not yet confirmed their inventory accuracy. When filtering for those who have confirmed their inventory accuracy, you can see the date/time the validation was done on, as well as who validated the inventory.

Description: This is a live report which gives you the status of invoice loads into Cimpl as well as the expected load date, date invoices were loaded and if they are late, the number of days late.
Benefit: Keep track of your invoices and invoice loads.
Roles: MACD, Administrator

Description: The data in the invoice accuracy report displays who has confirmed or not confirmed their invoices in Cimpl during a given month.
Benefit: By using the filter for ChargesConfirmed or ChargesNotConfirmed on the column labeled ChargesConfirmed, you can target those who have or have not yet confirmed their invoice accuracy. When filtering for those who have confirmed their invoice accuracy, you can see the date or time the validation was done on.

Description: Lists all of your contracts in Cimpl, along with contract types, providers and status.
Benefit: Quickly identify any contract which is coming up for renewal, find an MSA or the phase in which a contract is in at the moment.
Roles: MACD, Administrator

Description: The report contains the list of all Disputes in the system with the associated service contract(s).
Benefit: Helps you identify the full scope of disputes in your system, allowing you to optimize their management.
Roles: MACD, Administrator

Description: A supporting report for the Reconciliation Tracker. The report contains all of the Reconciliation Tracker data.
Benefit: The report can be shared easily with key stakeholders or managers.
