Types of Reports

Depending on your permissions, you can produce up to 40 different reports.

The Reports Center has seven distinct report types:

  • Financial Reports: These reports present and highlight key financial trends in your use of IT and telecom.
  • Inventory and Operations Reports‍: These reports clarify the state of your digital inventories as well as the activity associated with your business technology.
  • Billing Discrepancies Reports: These reports illuminate oddities and discrepancies between what you have been charged and what you have used.
  • Cost and Count Reports: These reports present both the number of services you have and the cost associated with those services.
  • Top Reports for Cost:‍ These reports highlight the users and services that cost you the most or who have the highest usage.
  • Inconsistencies Reports: These reports highlight anomalies in your trends and other data.
  • Request Reports: These reports summarize user approval actions and incident requests actions.

The Employee Reports section is a grouping of all the reports that a user with Employee profile can access. The Employee Reports are data-segregated allowing the employee to only see data they are allowed to see.
