Add a comment to a service request

You can add a comment to a service request that you have access to without approving or rejecting the request. The requester or approver will be notified by email that a comment has been added.

  1. Go to Requests > Request Center.
  2. Click on a request entry. The request details pane opens.
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the details pane.
  4. Enter a Comment.
  5. Click Save Comment.

    The requestor and current approver are notified by email.
