Enhancements

Administration (Subscriptions)

  • [ITFM-43804] The Email Subscribers field has been added to the table grid and search filter pane on the Subscriptions page to improve ease of use.

Instant Access (Near Real Time Call Detail Collection and Reporting)

  • [ITFM-29085] Additional security features have been added for Super Admins to limit what data points can be edited in the Site Master table.

  • [ITFM-32302] The Buffer (Polecat) User Name and Buffer Password fields have been removed from the table grid and search filter pane. This information is no longer stored in ComSci.

Inventory Manager

  • [ITFM-20779] The following fields have been added to the table grid and filter pane on the PBX Format and Library Prefixes pages:

    • Modified By

    • Modified On

    • Update Source

  • [ITFM-43017] On the Products page, the Active field has been changed to Status with the following options: Active, Inactive, Inventory Only, and Any.

    • Active: Creates and sends product charges to Bill of Services.

    • Inactive: Prevents the creation of product charges.

    • Inventory Only: Creates product charges but does not send them to Bill of Services.

    The product charge(s) for inactive products will not display on the Product Charges, Adjustments, and Call Details pages.

    Note: You cannot change the Product status to Inactive when the product charge(s) is in use on the Product Charges, Adjustments, or Call Details pages.

  • [ITFM-44264] The Circuit Charges page now displays all available Inventory fields in the table and search pane.

SDI

  • [ITFM-44437] The locked versions now display in the version drop down list designated by (Locked). You cannot select locked versions. Previously, locked versions were hidden.

Service Catalog

  • [ITFM-30969] The Service Catalog and sub services are now sorted in alphabetical order.

Visual Modeling

  • [ITFM-40949] We have added performance enhancements and improved screen rendering capabilities.

Resolved Issues

  • [ITFM-39743] The Filter on Billable option has been fixed.

  • [ITFM-44402] In the search pane on the Subscriptions page, the Export Format field has been fixed to include the close parenthesis for CSV.

  • [ITFM-42469] On the Data Management page, the calendar on the Process Tab has been fixed so that when a user selects a "From" date the "To" date must be greater than the "From" date.

  • [ITFM-44363] The disclaimer message on the login screen has been modified.
