Administration

System Preferences

• [ITFM-47008] System Administrators can now configure an auto-generated notification to be sent to users who have not logged in to ComSci (inactive users) for a certain period of time.

User Management

• [ITFM-47090] The Last Password Change field has been added to the User's page to display the timestamp when the user's password was last changed.

Financial Management

Budgeting & Forecasting

• [ITFM-45229] No data available displays when there is no history.

• [ITFM-46753] Users can now export data from the Line History page to an XLS or CSV file.

• [ITFM-46759/ITFM-46996] Filters have been added to each column in the Line History page. The following columns have Null, Is Not Null filter options:

  • Month

  • UDF

  • Old Value

  • New Value

Inventory Manager

• [ITFM-43933] When no data is displayed on the screen, users cannot select the Bulk Update or Delete buttons.

Billing Inventory

• [ITFM-47004] The Email Address field is included in the auto populate function.

Product Charges

• [ITFM-44030] Users can now change the charge amount in Bulk Update.
