By bringing your own artificial intelligence technology (“AI”) and connecting through an API to Upland’s software application, you are responsible for the underlying terms, conditions, and functionality (collectively “AI Terms”) of the underlying AI that you have licensed. Please refer to those specific AI Terms for terms of use.

Upland Software makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees of any kind regarding the AI, disclaims all responsibility and liability for any errors, inaccuracies, or the consequences of using the AI generated outputs, to the extent of applicable law. The AI and related functionality is provided solely by your AI provider, and when Upland Services are provided in combination with such AI, they are provided on an “AS-IS” and “As-Available” basis, and you acknowledge that it is used at your sole risk.
As a general reminder, the AI may not always perform as expected. It is the user's responsibility to verify the appropriateness, accuracy, and relevance of the AI-generated outputs in their specific context.  Users should not input any proprietary, confidential, or sensitive information, including personal information such as names, addresses, social security numbers, or other similar information into the AI.  Users are encouraged to independently verify content created and should use their best judgment after cross-referencing other sources.  Users bear all responsibility for their use of the product.
We encourage users to thoroughly review the data returned for accuracy and relevance. Remember, the responsibility for ensuring the appropriateness of the content rests with you, the user. Upland Software does not accept responsibility or liability for any errors, inaccuracies, or misinterpretations that may arise from your use of our AI-powered features and functionality.
