Support information has been provided below to simplify the process should you need assistance. Eclipse PPM Application Support is available for organization administrators only; they are unable to provide assistance to the end-user.

End-users are requested to visit the Upland Community. The Upland Community is designed to provide end-users with a self-service support option. They can get information from the Knowledge Base or turn to the forums for answers.

Upland Community

The Upland Community offers multiple resources to help you find the information you need, including:

  • Product Info, News & Events: View product data sheets, white papers, customer success stories, and general product information.

  • Notifications: Sign up to receive proactive alerts regarding issues impacting the Eclipse PPM could environment.

  • Forums: Post and reply to discussions on Eclipse PPM with other Eclipse customers.

  • Knowledge Base: Read articles on solving common problems (configuring issues, troubleshooting, etc.).

  • Release Information: Get product release notes and release timelines.

Application Support

The Eclipse Support team is dedicated to helping our customers succeed with their use of our products by providing timely resolutions to customer issues and questions that are impeding their use of Eclipse.

Contact Application Support

When contacting Technical Support, you will need to provide your name, contact information, company account name, and as much technical detail that you can provide to clearly describe your question or issue. Attachments can be included when using the Community or email to request assistance.

Support Hours

Standard support hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (US Eastern Time), Monday-Friday.
