Add and Manage Risk Probabilities

A Risk Probability is a user pick list value which identifies the likelihood of Risk occurrence.

To add a new risk probability

  1. On the left icon bar, click the Administration icon .
    The Administration page is displayed.

  1. On the top of the Administration page, under Risk, click Probabilities.
    The Probabilities page is displayed.

  1. Click Edit.

  1. Click Add New.
    A new row is displayed below.

  1. In the Name field, type the name for the new probability.
  2. In the Description field, type the description if required.

  1. Click Save.

 

To edit a risk probability

  1. On the left icon bar, click the Administration icon .
    The Administration page is displayed.

  1. On the top of the Administration page, under Risk, click Probabilities.
    The Probabilities page is displayed.

  1. Click Edit.

  1. Double-click in the required Name field to edit the probability required.
  2. Double-click in the Description field to edit the description if needed.

  1. Click Save.

 

To delete a risk probability

  1. On the left icon bar, click the Administration icon .
    The Administration page is displayed.

  1. On the top of the Administration page, under Risk, click Probabilities.
    The Probabilities page is displayed.

  1. Click the Delete icon in front of the required probability to delete it.

  1. Click Yes to confirm deleting the probability.
    The probability is deleted successfully.

 

To reorder items in risk probabilities

  1. On the left icon bar, click the Administration icon .
    The Administration page is displayed.

  1. On the top of the Administration page, under Risk, click Probabilities.
    The Probabilities page is displayed.

  1. Click Reorder Items.

  1. Press and hold the drag and drop icon to move the probabilities up and down to reorder them as required.

  1. Click Save.
    The probabilities are reordered successfully.
